Hey Ya'll !

He folks! I just read Chris's entry and he said we bought a house, rented a house. I only wish we were that rich. As Simone said, we did have to pick the only place in America that is comparable to English house prices, but with no gardens! It's mad I tell you. What he meant to say is that we bought a car and rented a house last week.
The car is now with us in the garage at our apartment. So, we will be a two car family for all of three days, until we have to return the hire car, cutting it a little fine I guess, but at least we have our own set of big American wheels.

I am so full, we went to the cafe that was filmed in the Twin Peaks TV series today in North Bend. The portions were large, but a bit gross. I couldn't finish my Reuben sandwich with eight slices of pastrami! However, I still managed to find room for my afternoon Frappacino, and dinner and ice cream. I think I will have a beer and call it a night!

Love ya, Heather

Chris, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee.
